Practice Timer: A goal of the technique is to reduce the effect of internal and external interruptions of focus and flow.
- Choose a Task/Practice you would like to get done.
- Set the Timer for 25 minutes.
- Work till time runs out.
- When Timer ends, take a 5 minute break.
