Overview
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.
Returns
- Custom/Personalized Items: Cannot be returned unless defective or damaged
- Standard Items: May be returned within 30 days if unworn and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
- Items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached
Refunds
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
Full Refunds:
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong item shipped
- Significant quality issues with manufacturing
- Lost packages (after investigation with carrier)
Partial Refunds:
- Minor manufacturing imperfections that don't affect overall design
- Items with slight color variations (within normal manufacturing tolerances)
No Refunds:
- Change of mind after ordering
- Incorrect size ordered by customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor color variations due to monitor differences
Return Process
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Provide order number and photos of the issue
- Wait for return authorization before shipping items back
- Pack items securely and ship to provided address
Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving returned items
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges
- For size/style changes, please place a new order and return the original item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

International Returns

Important Information for European Union Customers
Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Sealed items unsuitable for return if unsealed

Withdrawal Deadline
The 14-day period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract:
- We will reimburse all payments received from you
- Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice
- We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or personalized
- Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf-life
- Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons if unsealed
Digital Content
For digital downloads, the right of withdrawal expires once download begins with your consent.
